Hi, I’m Katie - a Healing Arts Practitioner, Expressive Facilitator, artist, and founder of Inner Peace Art Studio. I guide women living with chronic, autoimmune, and life-threatening illness to find calm, clarity, and connection through gentle creative practices. My approach blends mindfulness, art, and evidence-informed healing with my own healing creative processes to help you rest, express, and reconnect with yourself, one breath, one brushstroke, and one word at a time.

It’s not about making something perfect; it’s about allowing creativity to help the body and mind relax, process, and restore. The act of creating activates the parasympathetic nervous system (the body’s “rest and repair” state), helping to lower stress, regulate emotions, and support healing from the inside out.
