Each healing art workshop, facilitated by our founder Katie Goodling, follows our signature framework for creative calm and connection:

  • Ground & Arrive: Simple breathing or visualization to transition out of “work mode.”

  • Learn & Explore: Mindful art demonstration — from watercolor flow to creative journaling.

  • Create & Connect: Guided creative activity for individual reflection or collaborative sharing.

  • Reflect & Reset: Optional group reflection to integrate insights and carry calm forward.

Workshops are virtual or in-person (we’re located on the East Coast but can travel anywhere).

  • All workshops are led by Katie Goodling, a Healing Arts Facilitator and former senior corporate leader with over a decade of experience leading creative teams. Katie combines expressive arts, mindfulness, and leadership training to create experiences that are both grounding and energizing.

  • Perfect — these workshops are designed for non-artists. Every session focuses on process over product, using simple creative techniques to reduce stress, build connection, and restore calm. No experience, talent, or fancy supplies required.

  • Most sessions are 45–60 minutes, including a brief mindfulness warm-up, guided creative exercise, and closing reflection. Each booking includes full facilitation by Katie, optional email and graphic templates for internal promotion, and a custom workshop outline tailored to your goals.

  • Not at all. Katie provides a simple “shopping list” of low-mess, accessible materials (usually things teams already have—like pens, paper, or basic watercolor sets). For an added cost, you can opt for snail-mail supply kits sent directly to participants.

  • These sessions are ideal for corporate wellness initiatives, leadership retreats, cultural and belonging programs, remote team connection events, or any group that could use a mindful pause. Whether your team is creative, analytical, or somewhere in between, everyone benefits from slowing down and reconnecting.

  • By default, workshops are virtual, but we’re open to traveling. Contact us for a custom quote.
