Do I have to show up live?
Nope. While live sessions help you build a gentle journaling rhythm and connect with other members, you can absolutely catch the guided journaling replays anytime. Just come when you can, imperfectly.
What if I’m not a writer?
Peaceful Pages is for real journaling for real people, not just “writers.” You can freewrite, doodle, sketch, bullet journal, or even art journal. If you can put pen to paper (or use voice-to-text), you can do this.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM MORNING PAGES?
Morning Pages are great, but they can feel like an all-or-nothing habit. Peaceful Pages is a trauma-aware, flexible alternative, no pressure to write three pages daily. Just 30-minute guided journaling sessions three times a week to clear mental clutter and calm your mind when you can make it, and replays available for when you can’t. We practice the morning pages concept, but in an imperfect way.
IS THIS THERAPY?
Nope. This is creative self-care and guided journaling for mental wellness, not therapy or medical care. It’s a safe, supportive space, but not a substitute for professional help.
