Hi, I’m Katie, and I created Tiny Acts of Art for Low Energy Days because I needed it myself.

I live with chronic illness, and after years of pushing through pain, burnout, and grief, I went looking for a softer way to cope on the hard days. Meditation and yoga weren’t it for me, but small, creative moments were. They helped my body settle and my mind slow down when nothing else worked.

Today, I guide women living with chronic illness through gentle, evidence-informed healing art practices rooted in expressive arts and arts in health.

Nothing cold or clinical. Just calm, compassionate guidance that meets you where you are, reminding you that five minutes counts, rest is allowed, and healing art is for everyone.
