Feel Better.

…without the social media FOMO.

If your phone has become a crutch lately: You’re not alone and you’re not broken.

Honestly, when your brain is tired, your body hurts, you’re overstimulated, under-slept, or burned out, reaching for your phone makes sense. It’s easy. It’s there. It doesn’t ask much of you. But it also sucks away your energy and messes with your mindset.

Swap screen time for sketchbook time and finally say bye to a draining doomscrolling habit this year in The Screen-Free Sketchbook Reset Creative Wellness Workshop.

You’ll learn how to complete a gentle & repeatable screen-time audit, set gentle screen-free intentions, create a screen-time swap menu, and learn how to paint Whimsical Windows and Flowing Florals sketchbook spreads with watercolor, acrylic, markers, crayon, pen, or whatever you have on hand.

Before we do anything else, let’s talk about the phone thing a bit more.

We gotta get honest with ourselves. How much time are we spending on our phones? How does it make us feel?

This reflection is gonna be hard, but I’m here for you (I’m a self-proclaimed phone addict in recovery).

In the Screen-Free Sketchbook Reset, you’ll start by noticing GENTLY what your screen use looks like right now.

Not to fix it. Not to label it “bad.” Not to set rules. Not to feel bad.

Just to notice it. To have data (I LOVE data!). This is a practice in awareness without blame and self-judgement. Curiosity without pressure.

From there, we’ll talk about a few realistic ways to interrupt the scroll without adding another “should” to your life:

  • simple boundaries that actually work for all energy levels

  • gentle accountability tools (nothing rigid or all-or-nothing)

  • ways to pause the scroll when you’re tired, not motivated

Then we move into the part that matters most…

You need something else to reach for.

We’re not talking about willpower or rules or perfection.

You found an actual fun, energizing, healing replacement.

In this self-paced Great Screen-Free Sketchbook Reset Virtual Watercolor Workshop, you’ll create a screen-free sketchbook designed to be a real replacement for your phone.

This isn’t for fancy artists. This is for ANYONE!

And this is not about creating another project or painting. It’s a dynamic tool you can use when you need it. In those moments you feel your phone draining your energy, increasing anxiety, and setting up that comparison trap.

The rituals you learn will be something you can come back to again and again.

We’ll build your watercolor sketchbook screen swap practice together so it’s:

  • easy to pause and resume anytime, any energy

  • satisfying in short bursts or long periods of time

  • flexible with whatever supplies you already have

  • supportive on low-energy days

  • phone and screen free, baby!

We’ll make something imperfect on purpose… together.

During the self-paced virtual workshop (recorded from a live session with helpful questions, insights & reflections), I’ll guide you through:

  • journaling through a gentle, kind phone audit and intention setting exercise

  • putting together a simple sketchbook using watercolor paper and string (or just bring paper/your own sketchbook)

  • creating a soft, abstract painted base on several pages (perfect when your brain is fried)

  • adding layered marks and texture you can keep coming back to

  • leaving intentional open space so it never feels “done”

  • practicing prompts and ideas to follow your curiosity instead of forcing inspiration in the future

This becomes the thing you grab when you notice yourself reaching for your phone out of habit. It’s going to leave you feeling a lot better instead of a lot worse.

After the workshop:

5 days of Supportive Screen-Free Sketchbook Swaps

After you sign up, you’ll get access to the workshop for Day 1. Then Days 2-6, you’ll spend five days practicing:

  • choosing creation over consumption in small moments

  • returning to your sketchbook instead of your screen

  • encouraging each other without comparison or pressure

We are not worried about perfect streaks.

There will be zero guilt. Promise, missing a day is fine, if you come back to it!

This is practice, not a performance.

You’ll get your prompts via email each day of your challenge.

You’ll love the Screen-Free Sketchbook Reset if…

  • your phone has become a default coping tool

  • you want to create but don’t know what to do instead of scrolling

  • you’re living with fatigue, pain, burnout, or a tired nervous system

  • you want structure without rigidity

  • you want something that actually helps, not another thing to keep up with

A few important reminders

  • You don’t need art experience at all! All levels welcome.

  • You don’t need special supplies - watercolors are great, but a pen and paper works fine too.

  • You don’t need to change everything. We’re taking small imperfect steps.

  • You just need paper, a few minutes, and a willingness to try something different.
